Dyson Airblades.. you can see them now in most of the toilets in shopping centres, airports and cinemas.  Its unique product design and high pressure performance is replacing the convention box shaped hand dryers (read blowers) from the toilets.  Probably now people recognise them more than the condom vending machine kept near the hand dryer.

Dyson hand dryer is also a case of looking at a simple device and thinking how it can be made better. Steve Jobs did the same in the mobile phone market. They made a user friendly product, iPhone, with only 1% of the target market in mind…and sold millions.

Can you think of simple device that is used commonly which can be creatively redesigned and  can be priced at premium and sold in millions.
