The thought that someone is slow does not appeal to me. The snail is so slow to cross the road. He does not understand his action has a bearing on other people who want to cross as well.
The recession has a characteristics of a snail. You are waiting on market to pick up so that you move up in career. Or your manager to improve the training budget so that you can retrain with new skills. Or waiting a call from the headhunter for any new role in the play.
So how would I motivate the snail to move faster?
