This message is very important since it is a good example on how to handle crisis and how to mitigate the risk in the future.

Toyota has poorly managed this from the start, but now are trying to get things right again.

I'm younger than Mr Williams and Mr Cho (Chairman), but Ive learnt in my short life, that if you have done something wrong. The first thing you must do is put your hand up in the air and admit your mistake/s and then work on a solution, rather then bury this into the ground, hoping no one would find out.

If you can be brave and admit your mistakes from the start, you'll be a man. 

That's a good lesson to learn on how to handle crisis.
