It ranged from dry roasting the ingredients first to frying the chicken to start. I came to know the difference between Chicken Korma and Chicken Kurma from Vah reh Vah Chef.

Time is the essence. Chefs should not expect people to spend two hours cooking the dish which is easily consumed in 15 minutes. So I selected Titli Nihaan's recipe which is very simple and quick to prepare. The final result: It was very tasty and delicious and that is what you want.

The other recipe is about Chicken Kurma. Vah Chef explains the difference between Korma and Kurma. Kurma is basically a modified version of Mughalai Kurma with a South Indian flavour.

The preparation time for Chicken Kurma appears to be more but it looks tasty as well.
